"All my gum fell out..."

Last night for dinner we had scrambled eggs made with vegetables (carrots, peas, onions) and olive oil.  It wasn't my favorite thing that we have had, but it wasn't horrible either.  It's just that I am not really a big fan of eggs, so I wasn't crazy about the dish.  But we also got a pear for dinner!  :)

We had class today, but only our first class because the professor for the second class had to go out of town.  Class was okay, but it's just a really intense class.  It only last three weeks, but in those three weeks we have 7 compositions to do and a 15 minute presentation.  Plus we have reading for homework every night as well. 

After class today, Allegra, Tiffany, and I went to a supermarket close by the school.  It's really cool because it has a cafe, bakery, and supermarket all in one.  I bought a pack of fruit-flavored gum (since I can't have mint!), a bag of what we think is ranch flavored chips, and a box of "breakfast cookies" that are like graham crackers with cinnamon I think.  I haven't tried them yet.  But we are definitely going back to the bakery because it had sooo many good looking desserts and such.  After the supermarket we went to a tobacco shop to buy stamps (No idea why that's where they sell stamps, but it is).  So I'll probably be able to mail some post cards tomorrow!  Too bad stamps are like $1 a piece...I won't be able to mail much stuff home!

We came home and did a little bit of homework before lunch.  For lunch we had a dish very similar to potato salad.  It was potatoes, onions, red peppers, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.  It was really good.  We also had another peach!! :) 

After lunch I wrote my composition that is due tomorrow.  I did some of my other homework and then was able to catch up on some TV online.  Allegra and I are planning to go to a convent to buy some cookies/sweets (apparently they are really good there).  We will probably go sometime later this week.  I'm really excited about it! 

So the title of today's blog is pretty much a tribute to one of the girls on the program.  It has nothing to do with today's post but I just told her I would include it.  :)
